And Who Am I?
My name is Elizabeth Gilbert. My teaching career began back in 1999 when I graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in English Education. I taught middle school and high school English for three years and oversaw the high school yearbook publication for two of those years.
Then I decided the public school system was not the right fit for me, so I left and took a job in sales as an apartment leasing consultant. After a couple years there, the manager of that apartment complex took a job as a buyer specialist on a real estate team. She encouraged me to apply for the administrative assistant role with the same team, and thus began my career in real estate!
Since 2004, I have immensely enjoyed my work and now I’m sharing my knowledge and systems with you! When Keller Williams rolled out the eEdge websites along with DotLoop, I was asked to learn those systems in-depth and conduct workshops in our Market Center to teach the agents and admin how to use them. In 2012, I started the first assistant mastermind in our Keller Williams Market Center and though I took a short break, I’m now back to leading that group.
I take great care in connecting with my students and really listening to you so that together we can determine exactly how to get you where you want to be!

ONE-ON-ONE CALLS WILL BE COORDINATED WITH YOUR SCHEDULE
STARTS OCTOBER 10, 2017. LAST GROUP CLASS DECEMBER 19, 2017.
Every other week for 12 weeks (6 sessions total), you will participate in small group training with four other administrative assistants for an hour and a half. You will learn from each other what is working and how to overcome your challenges. You will join the group in an online classroom via webcam so you can see each other.
Additionally, you will meet with Elizabeth for a one-on-one coaching call via webcam for 45 minutes to discuss your personal successes and challenges every other week for 12 weeks (6 sessions total).
This course will be challenging. Creating new systems takes time and you’ll feel some pressure when it comes to finding the time to do everything. You will not be asked to do anything you are not capable of.
