- How do I put a contact, a listing, and a closing into the database (CRM)?
- How do I enter a listing into the MLS?
- What list of things am I responsible for and what are the deadlines for those things?
- What’s the best way to communicate with you? Phone call? Text? Email?
- What day and time can we meet weekly, just the two of us for at least an hour?
- How many transactions did you close last year, what’s the goal for this year, and how do you see me helping the team reach the goal?
- Where do you keep your list of preferred lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and vendors?
- What’s your DISC profile? What’s my DISC profile? How can we work best together?
- What’s the best way to handle you when you’re frustrated or upset?
- What time do you like to get into the office and what’s the first thing you want to work on when you get here?
